ABOUT DAWN LOVE
Dawn has a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Education from the University of Connecticut and a Master's degree in Counseling from Gallaudet University in Washington, DC. She began learning American Sign Language (ASL) 38 years ago and has worked with deaf and hearing children and their parents for more than 33 years. She has worked in public schools as well as the New Mexico School for the Deaf and is presently at the American School for the Deaf in Connecticut.
Dawn experienced firsthand the amazing benefits of teaching sign language to her own 3 daughters who all signed before they could talk. She is delighted to have the opportunity to share the joy and wonder of sign language with you through fun, interactive and inspirational workshops and classes.
